Before a single card is designed, we open the guest list with a response page composed for your event alone — your artwork, your wording, your questions. Guests tell you whether they are coming, who they are bringing, and what they need, and every answer flows straight into the guest list, the seating chart, and their QR pass. This is where the evening truly begins.
Every guest receives an invitation composed on your artwork — their name and a private QR pass, unique to them, rendered into the card. Downloadable as a ZIP, or sent as one elegant email.
Your door team opens the scanner, enters a 6-digit PIN, and admits the room. Each pass is server-validated for single admission — welcome on the first scan, a discreet amber warning on the second, a quiet red on the unknown. A fallback procedure is agreed with each venue in case connectivity drops.
